Dolores advises leaders on building high-performance, values-driven teams. As the Founder of Ellavate, she partners with executives across technology, media, entertainment, non-profit, and politics.

Previously in her career, Dolores served as Chief People Officer at Headspace and Vice President of Talent at Netflix.

She was also appointed Chief People Officer for the Biden–Harris and Harris–Walz presidential campaigns, where she led the talent strategy for both.

Dolores holds a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst and an M.A. in Criminal Justice from Rutgers University.
